What is the difference between Upper and Lower Düden?

Upper Düden sits inland in Kepez, inside a wooded picnic area, and you can walk behind the water through a rock passage. Lower Düden is east of the city towards Lara, where the river drops straight off the cliffs into the Mediterranean and is watched from terraces above. They are two ends of the same river.

Can I visit both in one day?

Yes. Both are close to central Antalya. The usual order is Upper Düden in the morning and Lower Düden in the late afternoon, when the light on the sea softens.

Is Düden Park a different place?

No. What people call Düden Park is the picnic area laid out around the Upper Düden waterfall. It is not a separate park.
